WinAVI Video Capture is a program that lets you capture your movies on different devices, like cameras, video tape and webcams, to later record them onto your PC and convert them to CD or DVD.

WinAVI Video Capture can work with the following formats: AVI, WMV, DivX, RM, DVD, VCD, CVCD and MPEG1/2/4. It has a powerful file compression engine to get the best quality in audio and video in the least time possible. Also, WinAVI Video Capture has a simple interface, like an audio player, to make it much easier to work with. During the process you can see a thumbnail of the captured video, and if you want, it gives you the option to modify a series of parameters like the format, size, etc, to adapt it best to your necessities.

NOTE: The installation program and the software are in English, but it adds a file (Spanish.ini) to change it to Spanish, or if you prefer, on the author´s website there are other languages.
